Raymond has served AAMO as a councillor since 2013. He has also served Macau Management Association as a member of the Council since 2005, and as a Vice-Chairman of the Council since 2013.

Raymond is currently a partner of Ernst & Young. He has extensive experience in providing professional assurance services to multinational companies and financial institutions. He is the partner in-charge of a number of assurance engagements for clients including those in financial services, public services, and conglomerates in Macau.

Raymond is professionally qualified as a registered auditor in Macau, and as a CPA in Hong Kong, US and UK.
